Description
A Portuguese pastry classic, made the way it should be. Buttery shortcrust pastry, baked until golden and crisp, filled with a smooth almond cream and topped with caramelised flaked almonds that crackle gently at first bite. They're prepared in small batches throughout the day, which keeps them fresh and preserves a texture that holds. Perfect alongside a coffee, for having guests over, or to take home as a memento of Braga. Box of 8.
