Description
Alternating layers of crushed caramelised biscuit and a velvety cream with notes of cinnamon and caramel, finished with a smooth biscuit-spread topping and a whole biscuit on top. It's a comforting dessert, served in the cup it's assembled in and ready to eat with a spoon. A favourite among visitors to our shop in Braga, especially late afternoon with a coffee. Sold individually.
Ingredients
Caramelised biscuit (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, cinnamon), mascarpone cheese, cream, condensed milk, sugar, gelatine.
Allergens
Contains gluten (wheat), milk and soy. May contain traces of nuts.
Storage Information
Keep refrigerated between 2 °C and 5 °C and consume within 48 hours. Serve chilled.
