Description
Our red berry cheesecake is one of Palácio Doce's most requested creations. A crisp biscuit base supports a silky, gently sweet cream cheese filling, finished with a glossy layer of red berry glaze and hand-cut fresh strawberries. We serve it well chilled, which brings out the contrast between the fruit's brightness and the smoothness of the cream. Perfect for birthdays, family dinners, or simply to end a meal on a high note. Available to order, with delivery in Braga or pickup at our shop.
Ingredients
Cream cheese, cream, sugar, eggs, biscuit (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil), butter, red berries (strawberry, raspberry), gelatine, lemon juice, cornstarch.

Storage Information
Keep refrigerated between 2 °C and 5 °C. Best enjoyed within 48 hours of delivery. Remove from the fridge 10 minutes before serving.
